Kendall Jenner’s Guide to Sun-Kissed Skin and “Spring French Girl Makeup”

Looks like the fourth time’s a charm for Kendall Jenner. As she prepares to share her beauty secrets with Vogue for—you guessed it—the fourth time, the model laughs. “I am so ready for this, you have no idea. This is about to be the best glam look you’ve ever seen.”

It’s also the Frenchiest. Ahead, learn Jenner’s tips for keeping her skin in tip-top shape and getting a “spring French girl makeup look.”

Gua sha is the first step in Jenner’s morning skin care regimen. After prepping her face using virgin coconut face oil and rosewater, she uses a chilled gua sha tool to address her “lymphatic system situation.” Next, the 28-year-old diligently washes the oil off her face with Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser. “I am super, super anal about washing my face because I am acne-prone,” she shares. “I am super on top of my routine.”

She gives her lips some TLC next, using the Kylie Cosmetics Lip Butter she can’t get enough of. “I swear it’s not because [Kylie’s] my sister,” Jenner says. “It is so silky and smooth.” Her softening steps continue with La Mer moisturizing cream. Then, after a thorough application of EltaMD SPF and a refreshing spritz of Caudalie Beauty Elixir Face Mist, it’s time for color.

Jenner heads into her makeup routine with a clear vision for the day. She plans to pair natural, glowy skin with a “cute, bronze-y brown eye” and a red lip—but a luminous face base must come first. Jenner uses her fingers to apply Chanel foundation and a sponge to blend in L’Oréal Paris concealer. “What if I slay today?” she asks playfully, with her complexion duly prepped.

She edges closer to the slay—and the glowy, sun-kissed look she teased—with Charlotte Tilbury’s cream bronzer and Kylie Cosmetics cream blush. “Blush is so fun,” she whispers, whirling it over her cheeks with a fluffy brush. “There’s something about feeling alive that I just love.” The last “creamy touch” comes from L’Oréal Paris Lumi Glotion; then, it’s time for arch support.

As she brushes out her brows using Anastasia’s “tried and true” pencil, the California native muses: “I love a really natural brow.” While she’s trimmed her brows in the past, her motto these days is to “let ‘em live; let ‘em fly.”
